The indoor pool is the "draw"/reason I booked there (as I did last yr at this same time)& it did not disappoint. Also the GM was very helpful with my "check in" however I'm just now noticing that on my "guest folio" there's definitely an incorrect (home/perm) "address" for me! It has me living in Amsterdam and I've never traveled to there, ever.

We spent over a week at this hotel with our two kids and our pets during the Helene Hurricane. This was definitely the nicest hotel we stayed in the Carolina’s. They have a 2 pet policy that does require a fee but it is one fee for the entire stay. The place was clean and in working order. When we had issues staff was very quick to repair them. Full kitchen with dishes, towels, dish soap, microwave, dishwasher, and full fridge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room was clean and had lots of storage so it didn’t feel crowded with all of our baggage. There’s lots in the area to do with your gamily. There’s a mall down the street with an arcade and escape room. It’s also very close to the Carowinds.

Nice, clean, well equipped hotel and great location. This was our only hotel stay on a 2 day drive from Canada to Naples, Florida.

The room was EXCEPTIONAL and the hotel was very clean. I especially liked having paper towels and hand soap readily available. I did not have to bring my own. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the extra storage space and the FULL sized refrigerator/freezer. I prefer a late checkout time. Noon was perfect. I did not have to request extra time.

Staff, availability, location. Staff was nice and helpful with any request. Location is close to family that we came to visit. Rooms were large enough to support the number of people we brought.

It was comfortable with a mini kitchen and living area. Honestly, it was too much for the amount of time we spent in the room, but if you are in town for work and need a home away from home this would be perfect

The breakfast had a great variety. The beds were super comfy. The front desk staff were very welcoming and polite. The lobby was clean and well stocked. The rooms were quiet even with all the baseball teams there for tournaments.

When we walked in the room smelled good, was clean, and the room was spacious for my family. Breakfast area was clean and the employees running it took care to take sure everyone was accommodated. The pool area was nice and clean. And the employees running the front desk were very helpful and always friendly!!

Shannon at the front desk was very kind & had excellent customer service. Greeted us from the beginning and had a smile on her face. The girl behind the breakfast bar was very helpful as well. She’s a dedicated hard worker make sure all breakfast items were stocked and customers were taken care of. she managed everything well because it was a lot of people getting breakfast and just her back there. The breakfast was excellent! the room smelled great. The room was very clean except for a few things. The elevators & hallways were clean. We stayed in room 208, the shower was hot & clean. We had no issues requesting for extra pillows, blankets & towels. The rooms are huge, beds comfortable & there is plenty of please to put clothes in drawers and hang up.

We liked all the features of the hotel Room was very clean very nice. Kings size bed was super comfortable kitchenette was nice to have. Staff was super nice and very friendly the hotel was super nice inside nice place to stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The house keepers where nice you see them on your floor and you need something you ask you got it. Breakfast bar was good.
